Zanzibar Beach Holiday

On arrival at Zanzibar International Airport and after clearing all the immigration procedures, the driver will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel. He will brief you about our little paradise with all the do’s and don’ts that will be necessary for you to know.

The trip starts in the morning after breakfast at the hotel. You will transfer to UngujaUkuu and take a traditional boat to explore the marine life, sunbathe on a wonderful sandbank, and swim in the blue turquoise water. Snorkel to explore the underwater life surrounded by coral reefs with colourful schools of fish.

Thereafter, you will have a golden chance to visit Kwale Island to discover nature and have a delicious seafood lunch of barbequed prawns, calamari, octopus, etc. Enjoy tasting tropical fruit which you’ve never tasted before with excellent local snacks. The trip will end at around 4:30 pm when you will return to the hotel.

Today, you don’t have to do anything else than relax at the hotel and on the beach. Spend time at the shore of the ocean with a cool breeze and experience the sunset from the beach. Dinner and overnight will be served at the hotel. You also have the option to go out to enjoy the nightlife in Zanzibar.

After breakfast, you will have the chance to relax on a beautiful island known as Changuu Island. It is situated northwest of Stone Town and takes 20 minutes to cross the water by a small motorboat. The island was used to house rebellious slaves. It is also the home of the giant Aldabra land tortoises that were imported from Seychelles in the late 19th century. Enjoy the wonderful moments when you visit the tortoise park. You can play with them, feed them and take beautiful photos. You will also visit the incredible prison building.

You will then go to the Nakupenda Sandbank to enjoy the Indian Ocean breeze, sunbathe on a wonderful sandbank and swim in blue-crystal water. Have a nice Swahili-cuisine lunch of a seafood barbeque and enjoy tropical fruits which you’ve never tasted before.

The Spice Tour is a trip to the lush green gardens of innumerable species of spices and tropical fruit trees. You will learn how spice is used in traditional cooking, medicine, and cosmetics. Discover strong Zanzibar spices such as nutmeg, ginger root, cardamom, vanilla, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, etc. You will have the chance to taste and touch all the spices and to buy strong Zanzibar spices at an affordable price at the spice market.

You will then have the chance to explore the heritage capital city of Zanzibar, known as Old Stone Town, a historical naval site. This tour gives guests the opportunity to stroll around narrow street alleys and discover historical buildings such as the House of Wonder built in 1883, the National Museum (formerly a sultan residence) opened in 1925, and the former Old Slave Market. You will have time to view the sunset before driving back to the hotel.

Take the boat to explore marine life, sunbathe on a wonderful sandbank, and swim in the blue-turquoise water. Snorkel to explore the underwater life surrounded by coral reefs with colourful schools of fish and enjoy tasting tropical fruits.

You will then visit the Sea Turtles Aquarium at Nungwi where you will have wonderful moments playing, feeding, and swimming with the turtles. At around noon, we will depart from Nungwi and drive back to the hotel.

Soon after the check-out process, you will transfer from the hotel to Zanzibar International Airport, arriving as per your flight schedule.
