You will fly from Zanzibar Airport at 7:35 a.m. and arrive in Serengeti at 10:50 a.m. On arrival at Seronera Airstrip, you will meet your professional and well-experienced local English-speaking safari driver guide from Colours Africa tours and safari. He will give you a short pre-safari briefing and then embark on a game drive in Serengeti National Park for a chance to see the great herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles or a pride of lions lounging in the shade. The Serengeti, one of the largest parks in Africa, it is a home to some three million large mammals and is made up of a diversity of landscapes with the southern region being dominated by the lush grassy plains that draw about two million wildebeest, half a million zebras and some quarter million antelopes to make the hazardous journey in search of pasture when the autumn rains come. Lunch, dinner, and your overnight stay will be at Robin Safari Camp.

After breakfast, today you will continue your African safari experience to one of the country’s biggest draws : the Serengeti National Park but today you will have a full game drive. The endless plains and abundance of wildlife that call the Serengeti home are unsurpassed. The wildebeest migration with more than a million wildebeest is probably the highlight of the Serengeti. It is a true spectacle and impressive to watch millions of wildebeest, zebras and gazelles thunder across the endless plains of the Serengeti. If you like to watch wildlife from another perspective, we recommend you go on a balloon safari. This activity is available at an extra cost. It is an amazing experience to drift silently above the plains with herds of wildlife.

Today you will head out early for your morning game drive for a chance to witness a magnificent African sunrise in the bush. Head out after a cup of coffee and experience the wilderness and its magnificent creatures as they wake up among the dew-covered grasses. Main Attractions of an Early Morning Game Drive is Best time to spot the animals & birds, Animals are more active than in the afternoon. Later you will get back to camp for breakfast and some relaxation. There after you will be picked up heading to Seronera Airstrip ready for flying to Zanzibar. Upon arrival at Zanzibar Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative who will transfer you to your reserved accommodation on the beach, also today you will have a Stone Town tour, with possible stops including Old Town, the spice market, and Prison Island, visit religious establishment, living stone house and you can visit local market in Zanzibar. After stone town tour you will be back to your accommodation for overnight stay.

These days, enjoy the final days of your Tanzania experience at your own leisure. Explore the amazing coral reefs, swim among thousands of colorful tropical fish, grab a surfboard and hit the waves or simply lay back for a bit of sun. These days you will relax and enjoy this paradise made up of beautiful white sand beaches and the light greenish blue Colour water of the Indian Ocean.

Spend the last hours of your journey relaxing. Later you will transfer to Zanzibar airport for flight to Mafia Island while continuing with our tour. Upon arrival at Mafia island Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative who will pick you up from airport while brief you about Mafia Island and all the attractions that can only be found on this wonderful island, and head to one of the historical islands. Chole Island is probably East Africa’s only fruit bat sanctuary as well as sunset sailing. Chole island, A home to just 1000 residents with no cars, walking through maze of paths cut into palm trees, enjoying mud huts that people live in and trades they carry out to make a living also the island is a huge protected nesting site for the worlds largest bats, the flying fox. After the trip you will be transfer to your reserved accommodation on the beach for check in to have relaxation and overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will be picked up from the lodge for the trip to see the whale sharks!. One of the biggest things to do on Mafia Island is swimming with whale sharks. This experience is at the peak of your all-time travel memories. These creatures are large and their gentle nature makes them enjoy swimming too. You can see these giants only a few hundred meters off the coast, near Kilindoni harbor. Up to 24 can be seen at a time; males, females, and juveniles, all beautifully marked with stripes and spots. The larger sharks are estimated at over 8m long, so they are an impressive sight next to the boat, and quite stunning under the water. The boat is able to move among them quietly and you can swim and snorkel to get a closer, underwater view of these gentle, wonderful animals. After this tour, our guide will take you to Meremeta hotel to packs your bags and transfer you to Mafia airport for your flight to Dar es salaam.
