7 Day Luxury Tanzania Safari

Your Tanzania safari adventure begins upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport. After clearing immigration and collecting your luggage, your safari guide will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha, the safari capital of northern Tanzania.

During the drive you will see the vibrant streets of Arusha and views of Mount Kilimanjaro & Mount Meru, African-highest mountain.

Once at your hotel, you can relax, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and prepare for the exciting safari ahead.

Arusha is the gateway to Tanzania’s most famous national parks, making it the perfect starting point for your wildlife adventure.

After breakfast, you will depart Arusha and travel toward Tarangire National Park, a beautiful wildlife destination known for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees.

Upon arrival, you will begin your first guided game drive through the park’s open savannah and woodland landscapes. Tarangire is famous for its impressive elephant population, and it is common to see families of elephants walking across the plains or gathering near the Tarangire River.

The park is also home to giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffalo, lions, and many bird species, making it an excellent introduction to Tanzania’s wildlife.

After your daytime safari, you will continue to your lodge located inside the park where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the African bush.

In this day you have an optional Night Game Drive Experience which can be arranged on request.

Today you will return to Tarangire National Park for another exciting morning of wildlife viewing. With more time in the park, you can explore different areas and increase your chances of seeing predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs.

The Tarangire River attracts wildlife throughout the year, making it a great place to observe animals coming to drink. You may also spot antelopes, warthogs, and colorful bird species while driving through the park’s varied landscapes.

After your game drive, you will leave the park and travel toward the Ngorongoro highlands, enjoying scenic views along the way.

Overnight outside the park in the Karatu area, a peaceful region surrounded by farms and green hills.

After breakfast, you will travel to the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most spectacular wildlife destinations.

You will descend approximately 600 meters into the crater floor for a guided game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater is often called Africa’s Garden of Eden because it supports a remarkable concentration of wildlife in a relatively small area.

Here you may see lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, hippos, and possibly the endangered black rhino. The crater’s open grasslands and freshwater lakes attract animals throughout the year.

After your game drive, you will continue your journey toward Serengeti National Park for an Overnight

Today you will enjoy a full day exploring Serengeti National Park, one of the most famous wildlife reserves in the world.

The Serengeti is known for its endless plains and incredible wildlife populations. During your game drive, you may encounter lions resting under acacia trees, cheetahs scanning the plains, or large herds of wildebeests and zebras moving across the savannah.

Your guide will take you through different areas of the park to maximize wildlife sightings while explaining the ecosystem and animal behavior.

The Serengeti offers some of the best safari photography opportunities in Africa, with dramatic landscapes and abundant wildlife.

Another exciting day awaits in the Serengeti, giving you more time to explore the park’s incredible wildlife habitats.

Early in the morning, you may choose to experience an optional hot air balloon safari over the Serengeti plains. Floating above the savannah at sunrise offers breathtaking views of the landscape and wildlife below. After landing, a special bush breakfast is usually served in the wilderness.

Later in the day, you will continue with game drives across different parts of the park, searching for predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs, as well as large herds of grazing animals.

Each day in the Serengeti offers a unique wildlife experience, making every game drive exciting and unpredictable.

After breakfast, you will transfer to the nearby Serengeti airstrip for your flight back to Arusha.

The flight offers a beautiful aerial view of the Serengeti plains, rivers, and wildlife landscapes. Upon arrival in Arusha, you will be transferred to the airport or your hotel depending on your travel plans.
