
You’ll be picked up from your hotel or airport and drive to Masai Mara National Reserve. The drive will take 5 to 6 hours. You’ll arrive in time for lunch. Masai Mara National Reserve is a pristine wilderness beauty. It promises its visitors a profusion of wildlife, prolific bird life, and the opportunity to see all the members of the Big Five in one morning. You’ll have an early morning breakfast then depart to Lake Nakuru National Park, with a picnic lunch on the way. You’ll be arriving in the afternoon. This shallow, alkaline lake is where visitors see a wide ecological diversity of habitats. These stretch from Lake Nakuru to the surrounding escarpment and picturesque ridges. The game drive is the main activity for the day. Foragers, grazers, hunters, and scavengers play a role in Lake Nakuru. The park also has over 450 bird species, including flamingos. In addition, the lake is famed as one of the world’s most incredible ornithological opportunities. The park is also home to zebras, gazelles, Rothschild giraffes, impalas, black and white rhino sanctuary, and other large mammals. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.
